My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. However, the service was extremely disappointing, with staff appearing lazy, unaccommodating, and overall unhelpful. The location was delightful, with easy access to the Pearl River Resort and various dining options, although there were some concerns raised about the service quality. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious Southern dishes that were creatively prepared. The facilities met expectations and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
